Die starke Konkurrenz, es wird mit 3000 Teilnehmer gerechnet, hat die Teilnehmerzahl in Basel sehr verringert und wir können nur attraktive Geldpreise anbieten, wenn wir ein tolles General Open mit hohen Elo-Kategorie Preise anbieten. Die neue Formel wird wie diejenige vom Carnival Open in Riehen sein. 6 Runden in 4 Tagen in einer gediegener Atmosphäre mit viel Komfort.
